The Flexi-Pack Max utilises Autotech’s proprietary palletising software to make choosing palletising routines as easy as possible, and ensuring no robot programming should need to be done after initial setup.
Safe
The Flexi-Pack Max is fully guarded and interlocked to prevent operators interacting with the working robot. Boxes are fed from an existing conveyor into the system through light guards to prevent access from any point.
Zero Down Time
Utilising safety software in the robot the system safely allows an operator to remove a fully loaded pallet and replace it with an empty one while the robot is working to load the pallet on the other side. This means that the flow of boxes into the system can be uninterrupted.
