Easy To Use
The Flexi-Tend Collaborative has a large single loading area for components and utilises an end-of-arm mounted 2D camera to locate and collect parts with its cobot-safe gripper.
Modular
The system is upgradeable with many standard options including a turnover station for more complex handling manoeuvres and multi-stage machining processes. It can also be interfaced with various measurement devices and other equipment on request.
Multi-Use
While originally designed for use tending CNC machines, the Flexi-Tend Collaborative has been utilised for a wide variety of machine tending roles including lathes, small presses and even several special purpose machines.
